Week 4. One Four Challenge (January).

Time for week 4 for the One Four Challenge already! Time is flying by this year.  For this week’s edit, I decided to go black and white and do a panoramic looking type of crop.

Week 4 ~ January

To get this look, I took the following steps in Photoshop CS5:

  • Cropped into a panoramic looking style.
  • Desaturated 100 percent.
  • Applied the HDR effect so I could turn down the details and up the strength, giving it a softer look.
  • Bumped up the contrast and brightness.

  7. I love how the images is framed this week. Great crop! And the black and white give the mosque the focal point which is so appealing. You did a lot with this image, great progression over the past month.
