    1. BBQ? Really? You may need to share that recipe. I have had it sauteed, grilled and coated in breading for eggplant Parmesan. BBQ sounds cool!

      1. Just throw it on the bbq whole. Turn it around when it gets a bit burnt and soft. You scrape out the inside and it’s ready to eat. You can also mix it with oil, lemon and garlic if you want to.
