It’s Thursday and time for another edition of Norm 2.0’s Thursday Doors. In last week’s post, I promised to show you a bit more from my recent trip to the fishing village of Apalachicola, Florida.
I will start off with another colorful door from our room at the Bowery Inn.
I really loved the colors and the weathered look. There were a number of other doors and wonders in the hotel too though. And, of course, I had to show you a few more shots of the trunk and desk that I adored so much. I think I could enjoy home/decor photography if all the places looked like this!
Next week, I will show you more from Apalachicola. However, this time, I will show you some shots from outside the hotel room.

I thought it was very elegant and looked quite elaborate. A friend of my quilts and I am always amazed at what she can create. It is an art for sure.

Agreed. Sometimes simple is just more elegant.

Great photos. I love that kind of furniture. What an unusual hotel.

Thanks! It was different for sure. It was very comfy too. Just not for folks who want TV (there wasn’t one) and action-packed adventure. More laid back and relaxing.

That really looks like my kinda place – very rustic, lots of antiques, and lots of wood. Great shots Michelle.

Yes, all of that was there and a number of good restaurants too. What more does a photographer want? Thanks
