Posting Schedule

This is the rough outline of my photo blogging goals for a typical week. Sometimes I succeed. Other times, I do not. But more or less, this is what I will try to do when life allows me.

Mondays: No Posts

Free day-No scheduled posts, but I will on my writing blog. This is my day to look at other blogs and/or read books. Or, just live life away from a computer.

Tuesdays: Black & White Day

Black and white photography, often for Leanne Cole’s Monochrome Madness.

Wednesdays: No Posts

Free day-No scheduled posts, but I will on my writing blog. This is my day to look at other blogs and/or read books. Or, just live life away from a computer.

Thursdays:

A door photo for Norm 2.0’s Thursday Door Challenge. Once a month, I will take this day to post my Seasons Challenge, which is a Monthly Photo Challenge for Cardinal Guzman’s blog.

Fridays: No Posts

Free day-No scheduled posts, but I will on my writing blog. This is my day to look at other blogs and/or read books. Or, just live life away from a computer.

Saturdays: Free day or Challenge Day

Whatever post comes to mind: past event, present photo shoot and/or a challenge I want to play in. Some of my favorite challenges come from Cee’s Photography (who has several challenges), the One Word Photo Challenge, Nancy Merrill’s Photo a Week Challenge or Word Press’s Weekly Photo Challenge. My only problem with these is…I seem to want to to them all and overwhelm myself at times. So this is my goal to gather some control. Pick one and go with it.

Sundays: No Posts

Free day-No scheduled posts, but I will on my writing blog. This is my day to look at other blogs and/or read books. Or, just live life away from a computer.

Well, I hope your New Year is safe and fun. May 2017 bring you all that you wish for!

Happy New Year people! Thanks for following my page:)

With love,

Nato

    1. Schedules are hard for me too. So this is really a test to see how it goes. When I shoot, I tend to go out and shoot like tons and tons of photos in a few days. Then, it takes me weeks to edit them all. So, so far, I have been on a schedule for a while, or somewhat. Really the schedule is more critical for my writing blog though. I love to write and yet, I always put it off. The schedule is helping me make time for it. Photos though, I always find time for those because it is therapeutic for me. But I have so much to learn still.

  1. Just saw this, what a great idea! My blog was supposed to be a writing blog too…so I know EXACTLY where you’re coming from 😉
Good luck with the new schedule, you may just motivate me to add a little structure to mine as well.
